helpful staff great pool excellent service ignored food ants problem lack of cleanliness
the staff was helpful and kind. the pool was great and the service at the bar was excellent. the location reminded me of a jungle with all the bird noises and the trees and plants.
the food was left out on the balcony, so ants came. they did not even come to check so we had to tell them to come back after we were done.

amazing resort experience!
clean room good size available fridge massage facilities
the rooms were clean and a good size (i loved the fridge!). housekeeping was available. i felt safe with the office desk safe and personal key. the restaurant, poolside bar and food, and massage facilities were all so convenient. the staff was super friendly, helpful, and spoke english.
the front door to my room was difficult to lock from the inside and only had a chain bolt.

the location is fantastic. it is a green paradise in the middle of the city. it reminded me of a real escape, yet i was still so close to everything. this place is a dream.

the staff were always ready to help, and they were always so cheerful. they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, so convenient. neung at the front desk was especially helpful (i was so grateful!).
